The intent is to reduce data bottleneck by decreasing volume of data and transmission congestion. Filter the most relevant data and expedite pathway. Subsequently, reducing consequent traffic and distance in which data must travel, thereby reducing transmission cost, shrinking latency, and improving quality of service (QoS). In other words, provide Real-Time data without any delay in transmission to remote users through a filtering system. Information is received instantly - as the events are unfolding in real time.
